No, please do not cancel your current landline service. Keep it active until your number is fully transferred. Once your number is ported over to OLYS Telecom, your original landline service will automatically be deactivated.

No — call blocking must be managed at the PBX level. OLYS Telecom does not provide native call-blocking features on the SIP trunk itself.

Yes, our VoIP service fully supports calls to emergency services (999 and 111).


To enable this feature, there is a small fee of £2/month, which can be added to your plan as an optional add-on. This ensures your location is registered correctly for emergency response and that your calls are routed with priority.

No, OLYS Telecom does not bind you to any fixed-term contracts for our VoIP services—all service plans are offered on a flexible monthly basis with no long-term commitment required.

However, if you choose to purchase a VoIP handset on a monthly payment plan, there may be a separate contract related to the hardware cost only. This ensures that the cost of the device is covered over the agreed period. It does not affect your service plan, which remains on a rolling monthly basis.
